Option 1: Sleevless Vest

• 2 Caron Cakes (Let them work their own magic with the color changes.)

Option 2: Sleeved Vest

• Vanna’s Choice yarn (or comparable worsted weight yarn)
  • 3 Skeins White (Color D)
  • 1 Skein Silver Grey (Color A)
  • 2 Skein Dark Grey Heather (Color B)
  • 1 Skein Charcoal Grey (Color C)

Teen Size 14/16: G 4.25mm Crochet Hook

Women’s Size Extra Small: H 5.00mm Crochet Hook

Women’s Size Small: I 5.50 Crochet Hook

Women’s Size Medium: J 6.00mm Crochet Hook

Women’s Size Large: K 6.50mm Crochet Hook

Measurements: (This measurement is is taken from base of armholes.)

Teen 14/16: 15″

Extra Small: 16″

Small: 17″

Medium: 18″

Large: 19″

Difficulty:

Interemediate stitching with detailed instructions and image guidelines.

Stitches:

CH: Chain- Yarn over pull through one loop.

SS: Slip stitch- Insert hook into stitch. Yarn over and pull through both the stitch and loop on the hook.

Tr: Treble- Yarn over 2 times. Insert hook around the stitch front back to front into stitch. Yarn over pull through stitch. Yarn over pull through two loops. Yarn over pull through two loops. Yarn over pull through two loops.

DC: Double crochet- Yarn over. Insert hook into stitch. Yarn over pull through stitch. Yarn over pull through two loops. Yarn over pull through two loops.

HDC: Half double crochet- Yarn over. Insert hook into stitch. Yarn over pull through stitch. Yarn over pull through three stitches.

SC: Single crochet- Insert hook into stitch. Yarn over pull through two loops.

Special Stitches:

Cluster:  [Yarn over. Draw up loop. Yarn over Draw through 2 loops.] a total of 3x’s. Yarn over draw through all 4 loops on the hook.
