Michael Cheika Confident James O\’Connor Will Have All 7 Chakras Aligned In Time For Saturday — The Betoota Advocate

The 2019 Bledisloe Cup is 24 hours away from being clinched by the babies in gold, as the Wallabies attempt to win at Eden Park for the first time since 1986.

A record 47-26 victory over the All Blacks last weekend may appear to be vindication for a lot of hard work from both players and staff, but a lot needs to happen this weekend for the Wallabies to win the test series for the first time in 17 years.

Coach Michael Cheika has done as little as he can to alter the winning formula, making just one injury enforced change to the starting side and balancing rest and preparation for his key players.

While several players have stepped up to take the smoke and fire that once surrounded the now ex-communicated homophobic fundamentalist that played fullback – with them comes a whole different list of wants and needs.

Namely, outside centre James O’Connor, the reformed bad boy and match-winner who appears to have done exactly what the nation needed him to do in growing up and pulling a Giteau.

However, putting the booze and extra-curriculars behind you can be a hard task when you have been constantly reminded arguably the best rugby player since schoolboys day.

Thankfully, Jame O’Connor has taken this responsibility on himself and found peace and healing through meditation, Ayurvedic medicine and the power of his universal chakras.

If anything was clear last weekend it was that JOC appears to have successfully tapped in to power that comes from having all seven chakras aligned, and coach Michael Cheika believes the same will happen this weekend.

“Lot of good energy coming out of JOC right now” said Cheika.

“He’s balanced those little wheels inside him, he’s found an incredible source of healing in his own body and mind”

“He’s even been posing in Sirsasana I between drills”

“I am confident all seven chakras will be aligned by kick off at Eden Park this saturday”
