It\’s a workout regime that typically usually attracts women.

The 31-year-old was all smiles at male-only Pilates class, in support of the Movember Foundation.

He looked ready to test his flexibility and muscle strength, dressing for the workout in green shorts and a dark grey T-shirt with the slogan \’real men do Pilates\’ emblazoned on his chest.

Also at the event was former Biggest Loser trainer and men\’s health advocate Steve \’Commando\’ Willis.

The 41-year-old fitness instructor looked keen to get into the workout, wearing shorts and a singlet top that showed off his bulging biceps.

In the studio, he can be seen lying back on a Pilates reformer machine with one leg in the air, while using dumbbells to work on his arms.

The buff trainer also used the machine to work on his pectorals and biceps, leaning back and stretching his arms out.

He looked slightly out of his comfort zone when the group used a black box to lie on, an exercise that looked to be focusing on stretching their torso.

Commando recently admitted to New Idea that he enforces his own formidable exercise regimen on his kids to instill a sense of self-discipline in them.
