Kareena Kapoor Khan earns the tag of ‘Pilates Girl’…

It seems like actress Kareena Kapoor Khan has lost weight in a jiffy. The actress was blessed with a baby boy last December and her pictures post the birth of her baby showed a chubbier Kareena which was quite a natural thing considering the post pregnancy baby fat. However, not the one to lie low, the actress immediately took to the gym and yoga and in today’s date, she has become extremely fit. Her instructor Namrata Purohit has given her the tag of ‘Pilates Girl’.

So yesterday, Namrata Purohit, a famous Pilates instructor shared a picture of herself with Kareena Kapoor Khan. In the picture, we see the two ladies hanging on a steel bar with smiles on their faces. Kareena is wearing a black tank top which has the words ‘Pilates Girl’ written on it. Sharing the picture, Namrata wrote, “Today #KareenaKapoor has earned the #PilatesGirl top! She has worked extremely hard and has been focused on getting fit the right way! There are no shortcuts to get FIT, you have to work for it!”

Kudos to Kareena for working so hard and getting back in shape pretty quickly. On the work front, the actress will next be seen in Rhea Kapoor’s production ‘Veere Di Wedding’ which also stars Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhasker and Shikha Talsania.
