Jane Seymour showed off her age-defying beauty in London during an appearance on the talk show, “This Morning.”

Seymour, 65, looked as gorgeous and fit as ever in a body-hugging red dress that accentuated her Pilates-toned physique.

Judging by her youthful figure, it’s hard to believe Jane was a Bond girl 43 years ago, in the 1973 James Bond film, Live and Let Die.

The 5-foot-3 Jane maintains her 115-pound bikini body with an organic diet, yoga and Pilates workouts, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.

“Good health begins with what you put in your body,” said fitness expert Elizabeth Stein, author of Eating Purely.  “When you eat better, you feel better. It’s that simple.”

Seymour, whose waist measured 56 inches when she was pregnant with twins in 1995, doesn’t believe in extreme diets or obsessive exercise.

“I don’t do major fasts or work out crazily every day,” said Jane, who shared her healthy aging secrets in Feel Grand with Jane Seymour.

“I hate to deny myself things. If I have pasta, I’ll just eat half of it.”

Jane works out for an hour three days a week doing cardio exercise, calisthenics and yoga workouts.

Yoga is anti-aging and promotes natural weight loss by reducing stress, building lean muscles and suppressing appetite, said Tara Stiles, author of Yoga Cures.

Seymour also does Pilates workouts to sculpt long, lean muscles.

Pilates is an excellent low-impact way to lose weight and tone your entire body, said fitness expert Cassey Ho, author of Hot Body Year Round.

The mom of five also does push-ups, plays golf, tennis, swims, power walks on the treadmill and rides a stationary bike.

Seymour’s anti-aging beauty secrets include lots of sleep and daily sunscreen use.

Jane Seymour, who previously had an eye lift and breast implants, isn’t rushing to get more plastic surgery, and is opposed to Botox.

“I tried it and hated it,” said Jane. “I always wear a hat when I’m out in the sun. I drink a lot of water, and my skin is at its best when I’ve had sleep.”
